Swab both nostrils Rub the swab in a circle 5 times against the inside wall of each nostril, about 15 seconds per side, half to three-quarters of an inch deep. ### 2. Mix in the buffer tube Swirl the swab in the buffer for 30 seconds, rotate 5 times while squeezing, remove the swab, and attach the dropper tip. ### 3.
