Cosmopor dressings combine a soft non-woven support with a non-adherent microgrid wound-contact layer to protect wounds while allowing rapid drainage of exudate into the absorbent pad. A hypoallergenic polyacrylate adhesive provides skin-friendly fixation and flexible, rounded corners help the dressing conform to body contours for a secure fit.
