## Flex Shield Size Guide

Correct flange fit is critical for comfort and output. Measure your nipple diameter at its base (not including the areola), then add 1–3 mm to find your ideal shield size.

Available sizes: 15mm, 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 24mm, 28mm, 32mm. The box includes 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, and 24mm flanges plus 21mm and 24mm shields.
