## Flex Shield Size Guide

Correct flange fit is critical for comfort and output. Measure your nipple diameter at its base (not including the areola), then add 1–3 mm to find your ideal shield size.

Available Flex Shield sizes: 15mm, 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 24mm, 28mm, 32mm. The *With Tote* bundle includes 24mm and 28mm shields. The *With Hands-Free Cups* bundle includes 17–24mm flanges plus inserts and HFC breast shields. Additional sizes available separately from Zomee.
